Each person is unique and has their own set of needs and preferences when it comes to individual therapy. I approach each client with an open heart and mind, preferring to see myself as a fellow traveler and companion on my client’s journey.

 

I am eclectic in my theoretical orientation. Theories that I draw from include but are not limited to: Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Relational Cultural Theory, Gestalt and Existential Theory. In the end, no one theory or approach is right for everyone. I work in collaboration with my clients to find the path of healing that works best for them. 
 

90 Minute Initial Intake Session: $120.00

60 Minute Individual Sessions: $75.00

I do not  accept insurances at this time. Fees are due at time of service. I do offer a sliding fee scale if clients have economic constraints - please ask for more information.
