PROCESS GROUPS
Process Groups often have an open timeline and operate as a closed group. Once the membership of a process group is established, new members are not admitted unless approved by the group. Process Groups are generally unstructured, relying on members to interact with each other about issues they are dealing with.

Many of my groups are formed around specific interests and life events, so members will engage in conversations and share experience related to that specific topic. I screen all potential members to make sure they are a good fit for our groups. I reserve the right to refuse services to individuals I feel may not benefit from or be a good fit with my group programs.

aging group
Designed to address issues and struggles of retirement and aging. Typical issues that would be addressed include loneliness and isolation, finding meaning and purpose in late life, managing day to day chores, creating social networks, maintaining a sense of self-worth and high self-esteem, etc.

men's divorce group
Designed to support men who have been divorced or are going through a divorce. Typical issues that arise are anger management, financial difficulties, family separation, self-esteem, and self-worth, navigating relationships with children and former spouse.

business failure group
This group is designed to help individuals who have experienced a business failure. The group will address issues of self-esteem and self-worth, suicidality, social expectations, purpose and meaning in life, family difficulties, etc.

This group is designed to support individuals who are in long term recovery from drug and/or alcohol abuse.

This group is designed to help individuals who are experiencing a transition in their life. Examples of transitions could include changing careers, termination of a personal relationship, going back to school, separation, or divorce, etc.
