Service Description

Each session includes a psycho-education component as well as group discussion, interaction, and art. The group explores the human experience through a bio-psycho-social lens providing insight into what we are and who we are as human beings. This is a good group for individuals struggling with social isolation or who want to expand their understanding of themselves. Participants will gain an understanding of human behavior, as well as explore the creative side of their brain (right hemisphere). Basic materials for art projects are provided. Groups are limited to 6 individuals
