Service Description

Each person is unique and has their own set of needs and preferences when it comes to therapy. I approach each client with an open heart and an open mind, preferring to see myself as a fellow traveler and companion on my client’s journey. I am eclectic in my theoretical orientation. Theories that I draw from include but are not limited to: Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Relational Cultural Theory, Gestalt and Existential Theory. In the end, no one theory or approach is right for everyone. I work in collaboration with my clients to find the path of healing that works best for them.
